Policy Statements
IUPAC General Assembly, July 2001
The IUPAC Council at its meeting at Brisbane, Australia,
7-8 July 2001, approved the policy statements given below governing
the Union's Investments and Special Funds. These Policy Statements are
new and represent the Union's first Policy Statements in these areas.
Both Statements were developed by the Finance
Committee, and then approved by the Executive Committee and the
Bureau for approval by the Council. These Policies will be reviewed
regularly by the Finance Committee and revised as necessary.
