Current Issues in Regulatory Chemistry

Surveillance programs specific to veterinary drug residues are the focus of these proceedings*, but the lessons learned here can be transferred to other surveillance areas to the benefit of all regulatory scientists. The subjects covered in 22 papers include the need for surveillance programs to taking appropriate actions on the results generated. Hot topics are also examined such as laboratory accreditation and proficiency testing, drug residue analysis, and test kit evaluation and validation.
