Abstract: The evaluation of the Gd-carborane DTPA complex as
a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and boron carrier agent was carried
out in vivo. The MRI revealed that the Gd-carborane DTPA was metabolized
slower in the body in comparison with Gd-DTPA.
